เป็นลาวดำเนินกิจการร้านอาหารอีสานอยู่ที่เขาใหญ่ อ.ปากช่อง จ.นครราชสีมา เป็นลาวคือร้านอาหารที่ประกอบด้วยคน 3 วัย ได้แก่ คนสูงวัยที่เปี่ยมด้วยวิชาความรู้ด้านอาหาร คนวัยทำงานที่พร้อมเดินหน้าด้วยแรงกายและแรงใจ และวัยเด็กที่เรียนรู้เพื่อสืบสานต่อ

Penlaos, which means 'We are Laos' was established and run by 3 different generations, Experienced Elderlies: who understand foods, Active Middle-Aged people: who love to manage and Youths: who are willing to learn to carry on and go further. Penlaos, therefore, represents a community, a place where foods and lifestyles connect various people from different places. It is a place for those who fall in love and are passionate of 'a taste of Penlaos' : the authentic taste of locals.
