ร้าน สตีฟ คาเฟ่ แอนด์ ครุยซีน เปิดใหม่สาขาผ่านฟ้า พร้อมให้บริการแล้ว ตกแต่งสไตล์โคโรเนียล โทนสีขาวเหลืองสบายตา ดูมีมนต์เสน่ห์ในตัวเองภายใต้ตึกเก่าแก่2 ห้อง 2 ชั้น อายุ เกือบร้อยปีริมถนนพระสุเมรุใกล้แยกผ่านฟ้า ซึ่งเป็นถนนที่คลาสสิคมาก มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใกล้เคียงเช่น ภูเขาทอง โลหะปราสาท และหอศิลป์สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ และจากหน้าร้านสามารถนั่งมองดูภูเขาทองที่สวยงามได้อย่างชัดเจน ในคอนเซ็ปท์อาหารไทยสไตล์โฮมเมดของสตีฟ แต่สาขานี้มีเพิ่มเติมคือ สปาเก็ตตี้ และ พิซซ่า ผมทำร้านในลักษณะของ “โฮมเมด” อาหารจะ “ทำถ้วยต่อถ้วย จานต่อจาน” เมื่อสั่งฉะนั้นอาหารร้านผมจะช้า กรุณาอย่าบ่นหรือเร่ง และร้าเราใช้ของสดทั้งหมด ร้านผมไม่ต้องบอกเวลาสั่งอาหารว่า “ไม่ใส่ผงชูรส” เพราะผมไม่นิยมใช้ และ “ไม่ใช้ผงชูรสหรือผงปรุงรส” ร้านผมใช้ “น้ำตาลปี๊บแทนน้ำตาลทราย” เกือบทั้งหมด ร้านผมน้ำซุปสต๊อกเราใช้เป็น “น้ำต้มผัก” เพราะโบราณมีคำว่า “ยามรักน้ำต้มผักก็ว่าหวาน” เรา “ไม่ใช้น้ำซี่โครงไก่หรือกระดูกหมู” เพราะอาหารจะคาวและมัน

The new Steve Cafe & Cuisine’s Phan Fa branch ready to serve. The almost hundred year charming two storeys building with mellow off-white Colonial Style decoration is located on the Thanon Phra Sumen roadside near the Phan Fa Intersection. There are a lot of tourism attractions nearby such as the Queen's Gallery, the Loha Prasat (‘the Metallic Castle’) and you can see the most beautiful ancient Phu Khao Thong (“the Golden Mountain”) clearly from our restaurant’s front. We still remain to serve the same Thai homemade foods as well as our new menus: spaghetti and pizza. Food at Steve Café and Cuisine is “Homemade” style. Every single dish is cooked freshly from best ingredients by our chef right after you order. This will take a little more time. Please be patient for the best flavor. Our food is “free of monosodium glutamate” (MSG) We only serve the pure flavor and healthy ingredients to our customers. We use palm sugar instead of granulated sugar for the authentic Thai flavor. Our broth is made of vegetable, not chicken or pork, to give the original flavor of Thai food.
