PHILTRATION ร้านที่ซ่อนอยู่ใต้บ้านเก่าแก่อายุนับร้อยปีในกรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งเป็นร้านริเริ่มแห่งแรก ที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดย บริษัท Elysium Enterprise เดิมที สถานที่นี้เคยเป็นห้องปรุงยาของตระกูล Moh Mee ที่มีประวัติศาสตร์ยาวนานกว่า 100 ปีในการผลิตยาแผนไทย เพื่อเป็นการแสดงความเคารพต่อครอบครัว เราได้จัดทำเมนูนี้อย่างพิถีพิถันเพื่อแสดงสมุนไพร ชาและเครื่องเทศแบบไทยโบราณ และคุณประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพ

PHILTRATION, Secret corner hidden under a century-old heritage house in Bangkok. The first brainchild of F&B Group, Elysium Enterprise, is located in the factory of the Moh Mee Family that has more than 100 years of history in making Traditional Thai Chinese Medicine. Paying homage to the family, we have carefully concocted this menu to showcase Traditional Thai Chinese herbs, teas and spices and their health benefits.
