เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าภูเขียว ตั้งอยู่บนภูเขาเพชรบูรณ์ มีสภาพพื้นที่เป็นที่ราบสูงและเขาหินปูนที่สลับซับซ้อน เป็นแหล่งรวบรวม ความหลากหลายของพันธุ์กรรมพืชและสัตว์ป่า ใจกลางผืนป่ามีทุ่งหญ้าที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์โดดเด่น โอบล้อมด้วยป่าดงดิบที่ปกคลุมด้วยหมอกเกือบตลอดทั้งปี เปรียบเสมือนสวรรค์ของสัตว์ป่าและผู้ที่มาศึกษาธรรมชาติ

Phu Khieo Wildlife Sanctuary is located on Phetchabun Montain. The area is a plateau and complex of limestone hills, here's a collecton of plants and wild animals. In the middle of forest there's a unique glassland, And surrounded by rainforests that are covered with mist almost all the year. It's like a paradise for Wildlife and Nature Visitors.
