จุดเด่นหลักของโรงแรม คือการออกแบบแลนสเคปและงานสวน ที่คำนึงถึงการใช้งานและง่ายต่อการดูแลรักษา เราชุบชีวิตให้อาคารให้กลับมามีชีวิตในแบบที่คนในย่านนี้คิดไม่ถึง แต่ก็ไม่ได้สร้างความแปลกแยกให้กับย่านเดิม แต่ผสานและกลมกลืนกับบริบทโดยรอบอย่างเข้ากันได้ดี โดยยังเก็บเอารายละเอียดและดีเทลเดิมไว้ได้เกือบจะครบทุกอย่าง โดยเฉพาะราวบันไดเก่า ที่ถูกนำมาใช้ในงานออกแบบโลโก้และงานออกแบบภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม ซึ่งถือเป็นจุดเด่นหลักของโครงการ ตามแนวความคิด HOSTEL-GARDEN-CAFÉ นอกจากสวนและพื้นที่สีเขียวเกือบทุกมุมของตัวอาคารแล้ว เรายังเน้นการประหยัดพลังงาน เน้นการนำแสงธรรมชาติมาใช้ ด้วยช่องแสงขนาดใหญ่ทั้งในส่วนล้อบบี้ และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง และด้วยความที่พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นพื้นที่กึ่งเอ้าท์ดอร์ ซึ่งมีการระบายอากาศที่ดี ทำให้เราแทบไม่ต้องเปิดไฟ หรือเปิดแอร์ในตอนกลางวันเลย ถือเป็นสถาปัตยกรรมที่ยั่งยืนอีกแห่งหนึ่งใจกลางเมืองเชียงใหม่

Our unique identity is garden and landscape design that we considered in easy to use and maintenance. We carefully reborn the building so our neighborhood still can touch and did not feel contrast with other surrounding. We kept many vintage elements especially the hexagon geometry pattern of railings and brought them for logo design and to our garden floor pattern that we created the huge space of garden area. Before the renovation, ground floor was one long space that lacked of light. We created a full frame glass wall in the lobby area that brings sunlight and allows for natural ventilation of the hostel. Not only ground floor but also the 2nd floor. We removed wall panels and create a semi-outdoor space for the existing building and built a near bathroom building connected with small cover way that have enough sunlight so we don't need to turn on electric lamps for lighting during daytime. As the advantages we should concern for Chiang Mai's architecture and sustainable design.
