พิพิธภัณฑ์ทางรถไฟไทย-พม่า ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นเพื่อ จัดแสดงข้อมูลการสร้างทางรถไฟจากอำเภอหนองปลาดุกประเทศไทยไปยังเมืองธันบูซายัต ประเทศพม่า ในสมัยสงครามโลกคร้ังที่ 2 ภายใต้การควบคุมของทหารญี่ปุ่น โดยนักท่องเที่ยวจะได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์สำคัญที่เกิดขึ้นในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี

The Thailand-Burma Railway Centre is an interactive museum, research and information centre dedicated to presenting the story of the Thailand-Burma Railway. The railway ran from Nong Pladuk in Thailand to Thanbuyuzayat in Burma and was built by the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. The Centre is Fully air-conditioned and offers the visitor an educational and moving experience.
