“Holmes” แท้จริงแล้วมีที่มาจาก “เชอร์ล็อก โฮล์มส์” (Sherlock Holmes) นักสืบคนดังจากปลายปากกาของ เซอร์อาเธอร์ โคนัน ดอยล์ (Sir Arthur Conan Doyle) และถ้าสังเกตให้ดีคำๆ นี้ยังพ้องเสียงคำว่า “Home” ที่แปลว่า “บ้าน” อีกด้วย คาแรกเตอร์ที่มีความเรียบเท่ห์ตามแบบฉบับยุโรปเอาไว้ให้สมกับเป็นบ้านของนักสืบ ขณะที่ความหมายแฝงก็สะท้อนออกมาผ่านตัวอาหารโฮมเมดสไตล์ Western Fusion

LOCATED IN PHAYATHAI, HOLMES stands out with its industrial exterior combined with an elegant and captivating European interior design. Our establishment features 3 dining areas for our patrons. A café on the first floor, perfect for brunch and a cup of morning coffee to start the day. A working space on the mezzanine floor for those seeking a quiet space to focus and concentrate. And finally, the pièce de résistance is the beautiful rooftop area that functions as a bar and a nighttime dining room. ONE OF OUR CORE VALUES is to provide our customers with quality homemade sustenance. We pride ourselves in training all our staff to make many of our menu items from scratch, because we believe it is best to know what goes into the food we are providing for our customers. Our front of house staff are trained to make the syrups, ganache, and salted caramel used in our coffee and drinks. The kitchen staff are trained to make sauces and breads among a plethora of ingredients we have. In addition to this, we motivate our staff to bring their own creativity into our menu. Our seltzers, for example, were created by the front of house team in order to provide a fresh, non-alcoholic aperitif for customers who need a bubbly drink to cool off on a hot Bangkok’s summer day. We put love and care into each and every dish to provide our patrons with the perfect meal.
