ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมไทย-จีน เริ่มก่อตั้งขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เป็นจุดศูนย์รวมการอนุรักษ์ศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม วิถีบรรพชนและหลักปรัชญาของพี่น้องชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีนในจังหวัดอุดรธานี ทำการออกแบบก่อสร้างและทำพิธีวางศิลาฤกษ์ เมื่อวันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2552 และทำพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 6 มกราคม 2556 โดยมีพลโทหญิง สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิติยาภา นเรนทิราเทพยวดี กรมหลวงราชสาริณีสิริพัชร มหาวัชรราชธิดาทรงเสด็จเป็นองค์ประธานทั้ง 2 ครั้ง ภายในศูนย์วัฒนธรรมถูกออกแบบเป็นกลุ่มอาคาร ประกอบด้วยอาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าพัชรกิติยาภา อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์คุณธรรม อาคารการเรียนรู้ อาคารหอประชุมปรีชา ชัยรัตน์ ตำหนักเทพเจ้า 3 พระองค์ และอาคารสำนักงาน ร้านค้า,ร้านกาแฟ ชา การออกแบบตกแต่งสวน ออกแบบในแนวสวนจีนที่มีความวิจิตรตระการตาภายใต้ชื่อ “ สวนคุณธรรมพันปี 24 กตัญญู" ภายในสวนตกแต่งด้วยไม้มงคลของจีนอัน ได้แก่ ต้นเครามังกร ต้นหลิว ต้นไผ่ดำ ประทัดจีน หงส์ฟู่ บีโกเนีย โป๊ยเซียน พุดเทียนหอมที่รายล้อมสระบัว และบ่อปลาคาร์ฟจักรพรรดิ

The Centre of Thai-Chinese Cultures, Udonthani, was established with the objectives of being a centre for conserving arts, cultures , ways of life and philosophical principles of antecedents of the Thai-Chinese people in Udonthani, Thailand. The construction of the centre was started with the foundation stone laying ceremony on August 4th,2009. After the completion of the building, the opening ceremony was performed on January 6th, 2013. Both ceremonies were graciously presided over by Capt. Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati. This cultural centre was designed as a complex of buildings. Its consists of the Chalermprakiet Building to Her Royal Highness Pricess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati, a museum of morality, a leaning centre, the Preecha Chairat conference hall, an office-and-store building. The garden of the centre has been delicately designed in a Chinese style under the name "the 24 Manners of Gratitude, the Garden of Thousand-Year-Old Morality." The lotus and emperor-carp-ponds are spectacularly encompassed by various colorful auspicios plants of china including bearded dragon,willow,black bamboo,the Chinese firecracker pkant,butterflypea,crown of thorns, a scented candle plant and so forth.
