The Thai food at Taling Pling follows the same principle as that of Mr. Prayoon’s which emphasizes on the traditional method of cooking using the knowledge of Thai kitchen wisdoms that are passed on from generations to generations only via family members. Emphasis is placed on ingredients to be fresh and natural. Specific ingredients are sourced from North to South of Thailand, from provinces that are renowned. One of our concepts is to regard “food as natural medicine”, which emphasizes on eating herbs and vegetable to promote well being. Therefore, we strive to produce Thai food that tastes good and is also kind to your body.
