โรงละครอักษรา คิง เพาเวอร์ เป็นโรงละครขนาดกลาง ภายใต้บรรยากาศตกแต่งที่รังสรรค์ด้วยแรงบันดาลใจจากศิลปะยุคบาโรก ที่สร้างความรู้สึกถึงอัครสถานแห่งสุนทรีย์ เพิ่มความวิจิตรด้วยลวดลายอันอ่อนช้อยจากสถาปัตยกรรมและศิลปะไทยอันงามสง่า สมบูรณ์แบบด้วยคุณสมบัติด้านเทคนิคฉากและเวทีของโรงละครชั้นนำ โรงละครอักษรา คิง เพาเวอร์ ถูกออกแบบให้สามารถมอบอรรถรสแห่งการแสดงได้อย่างใกล้ชิดทุกที่นั่ง และพร้อมสำหรับกิจกรรม บนเวทีทุกรูปแบบ ในส่วนของการตกแต่งภายในโรงละครได้นำแนวความคิดศิลปะในยุค Baroque มาประยุกต์ใช้ ทั้งหมดนี้เพื่อให้โรงละครแห่งนี้เป็นโรงละครที่มีลักษณะโดดเด่นเฉพาะตัว เป็นการแสดงให้ผู้ที่มาเยี่ยมชมได้รับรู้ถึงความสวยงามอ่อนช้อย และยิ่งใหญ่ของสถาปัตยกรรมและจิตรกรรมไทย ในแง่ประโยชน์ใช้สอยเองก็ได้ออกแบบให้มีครบถ้วน ตั้งแต่การออกแบบระบบการป้องกันเสียงที่ได้ระดับเทียบเท่าโรงละครชั้นนำของโลก การออกแบบให้เวทีมีทั้ง Orchestra pit และ Stage pit รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนหรือปรับฉากที่ได้มาตรฐานสากล พื้นที่เวทีของโรงละครอักษรามีขนาดใหญ่เมื่อเทียบอัตราส่วนต่อพื้นที่นั่งของผู้ชม เป็นผลให้เกิดทัศนวิสัยการรับชมที่ดีพอๆ กันในทุกโซนที่นั่งของโรงละคร พื้นที่บริเวณ HALL OF FAME โถงด้านในก่อนถึงส่วนที่นั่งโรงละคร เป็นพื้นที่กิจกรรมอเนกประสงค์ซึ่งในเบื้องต้นจะใช้เพื่อการจัดนิทรรศการ และรองรับการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของโรงละครอักษรา คิง เพาเวอร์ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ

Aksra Theatre King Power began operating in April 2008 and is located on the 3rd floor of the King Power Rangnam. The aim of its inception was to function as a catalyst for the arts and culture scene in Bangkok, and bring back to life the colour and ingenuity of Thai cultural entertainment. The Group invested over 700 million baht in the construction of the theater, to make sure it stood out as a phenomenon on par with the great theatres found in the international arena. The interiors of the theatre take on inspiration from the Asian Baroque style and are adorned with ornate filigree and ancient Thai symbols. Behind the scenes, the latest in stage technology brings the theatre to life, helping to make audiences a part of the performance with splendid lighting and music effects, amongst the latest available worldwide. Aksra Theatre King Power is highly honoured by the frequent visitations from Thailand’s royalty and honorable dignitaries of government, heads of state, and other prominent members of society, local and international. Aksra Theatre King Power has also played host to a number of renowned national events and competitions, including Miss Thailand Universe 2008, the Miss Thailand 2013, Thailand’s Got Talent, Academy Fantasia, France’s yearly culture exposition, La Fete, and the Trinity Forum, amongst others.
