‘บลู บาย อลัง ดูคาส’ ไอคอนสยาม เป็นร้านอาหารฝรั่งเศสแบบร่วมสมัย ภายใต้การร่วมมือกับเชฟ อลัง ดูคาส เชฟผู้มีชื่อเสียงระดับตำนาน เพื่อให้ผู้มาเยือนได้สัมผัสสุดยอดประสบการณ์ด้านอาหารระดับโลก ณ ไอคอนสยาม และยกระดับกรุงเทพมหานครให้เป็นจุดหมายปลายทางระดับโลกด้านอาหารอย่างครบถ้วนในทุกมิติ ‘บลู บาย อลัง ดูคาส’ ให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งกับวัตถุดิบที่เป็นธรรมชาติ นำเสนอรสชาติต้นตำรับของแท้แบบดั้งเดิม และความใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียด ‘บลู บาย อลัง ดูคาส’ ตั้งอยู่ที่ชั้น 1 ไอคอนสยาม นำทีมโดย เชฟวิลฟริด ฮอกเก็ต และเชฟขนม แมกโซว บุญธนกิจ เป็นผลงานการออกแบบโดย Jouin-Manku จากกรุงปารีส ตกแต่งภายในด้วยธีมสีน้ำเงิน-ทอง พร้อมกับกระจกหน้าต่างสูงจากพื้นจรดเพดานเปิดรับทัศนียภาพอันงดงามแบบพาโนรามาของกรุงเทพฯ

“Blue is not a stiff restaurant. While it is extraordinary and very special, it is also very welcoming. It’s a place where you can really just feel comfortable and allow yourself to fully focus on a marvellous experience, enjoying the ambience, the view, the service, the wines, and of course, the food,” Alain Ducasse. You begin to glimpse the main dining area of the restaurant from the lounge, with an exceptionally conceived chandelier of pleated textures in cream, supported by flowing wooden supports and with the sparkle of lights filtering through. The walls are a luxurious royal blue and frame a glorious expanse of floor-to-ceiling views along the river and across the city. The "Lunch Set" is served from midday until 3pm and then A La Carte and Tasting Menus are available, with last orders taken at 9pm. The menu, exclusive to Blue at ICONSIAM, using carefully selected ingredients, complements the magnificent location of the restaurant and plays to the richness of the city. It is contemporary French and promises to take guests on an unrivalled culinary journey.
