ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ กฟผ. สำนักงานกลาง หรือ EGAT Learning Center, Headquarters จัดตั้งขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตไฟฟ้าที่คำนึงถึงชุมชนและสิ่งแวดล้อมมากกว่าครึ่งศตวรรษ ผ่านสื่อนิทรรศการรูปแบบ Interactive ที่สนุกสนานและทันสมัย มุ่งสู่การเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านพลังงานของประเทศไทยและของโลกเพื่อร่วมสร้างสังคมแห่งภูมิปัญญาด้านพลังงาน นอกจากนั้นยังเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านอาคารอนุรักษ์พลังงานมาตรฐานระดับสากล เพื่อเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดคืนสู่สังคม

EGAT Learning Center, Headquarters was established with the objective to transfer knowledge and experiences in electricity generation with regard to communities and the environment for more than 50 years, and is the image of EGAT in aiming to become a Trust. & Pride of the Nation, including being a learning center on energy of Thailand and the world In addition, it is also a learning center for energy conservation buildings of international standards, aiming to bring maximum benefits back to society.
