ร้านอาหาร (R-HAAN) ถือกำเนิดขึ้นโดยคุณต๊อด-ปิติ ภิรมย์ภักดี เป็นร้านอาหารไทยแบบ Fine Dining ภายใต้แนวคิด “ในน้ำมีปลา ในนามีข้าว” นิยามความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของทรัพยากรบนแผ่นดินไทย ซึ่งสะท้อนความยิ่งใหญ่ทางวัฒนธรรมการกินในฐานะอาณาจักรแห่งอาหาร คัดสรรวัตถุดิบไทยขนานแท้จากท้องถิ่นทั่วประเทศมาเนรมิตเป็นเมนูอาหารไทย โดยจะทำให้ผู้กินได้หวนคำนึงถึงที่มาของรสชาติในอาหารทุกๆ คำ อรรถรสแห่ง ‘ภูมิปัญญาแห่งไทย” ทั้งหลายมารวมกันที่นี่เพียงที่เดียว ณ ร้าน ‘อาหาร’
