ภัตตาคารและโรงเรียนสอนทำอาหารบลู เอเลเฟ่นท์ สาขากรุงเทพฯ ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ย่านธุรกิจบนถนนสาทร และอยู่ในอาคารโบราณอายุมากกว่า 100 ปี ตกแต่งด้วยสถาปัตยกรรมแบบบริติชโคโรเนียล ผสมผสานกับวัฒนธรรมการตกแต่งแบบเอเชีย มีบรรยากาศอันหรูหรา ภัตตาคารและโรงเรียนสอนทำอาหารแห่งนี้ ก่อตั้งสาขาแรกที่ประเทศเบลเยี่ยม ตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2524 โดยเชฟนูรอ โซ๊ะมณี สเต็ปเป้ ผู้รังสรรค์อาหารไทยโดยเน้นรสชาติไทยแท้ ดั้งเดิม และเลือกใช้วัตถุดิบพื้นเมือง คุณภาพเยี่ยม เป็นที่นิยมทั้งชาวไทย และ ชาวต่างชาติผุ้มาเยือน
