อุทยานแห่งชาติที่น่าสนใจแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดพังงา ที่มีทรัพยากรหลากหลาย แหล่งท่องเที่ยวมีทั้งชายหาดและน้ำตก ฝั่งชายหาดนั้นอยู่ติดกับทะเลอันดามัน หาดทรายขาวมีลักษณะตรงยาว สวยงามและเงียบสงบ จึงเป็นแหล่งวางไข่ที่สำคัญของเต่าทะเล เหมาะสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่รักความเป็นส่วนตัว ได้เข้ามากางเต็นท์พักแรม เล่นน้ำ พักผ่อนร่างกายจากวันที่เหนื่อยล้า ด้านทิศเหนือชายหาดมีลักษณะเป็นแหลม เรียกว่า เขาหน้ายักษ์ มีลักษณะเป็นแหลม ชายหาดเหมาะแก่การเล่นน้ำ และมีก้อนหินที่เป็นหินตะกอนขนาดใหญ่ มองเห็นเป็นชั้นๆสลับสีกันสวยงามแปลกตา บริเวณใกล้กันเป็นทุ่งหญ้าชายฝั่ง ลักษณะคล้ายทุ่งหญ้าสะวันนาในแถบแอฟริกา ช่วงเดือนมกราคม-กุมภาพันธ์ หญ้าจะกลายเป็นสีเหลืองทองอร่ามสวยงาม ส่วนทางฝั่งเขาลำปีนั้น มีน้ำตกขนาดใหญ่ที่เป็นที่รู้จักของคนในพื้นที่ 2 แห่ง ได้แก่ น้ำตกลำปี และน้ำตกโตนไพร เป็นน้ำตกสูงใหญ่ท่ามกลางสภาพป่าดิบชื้นที่มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ น้ำตกลำปี มี 4 ชั้น การเดินทางเข้าถึงตัวน้ำตกสะดวกสบาย ส่วนน้ำตกโตนไพรนั้น เป็นน้ำตกที่ไหลผ่านหน้าผาขนาดใหญ่ สูงถึง 50 เมตร นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถเข้าชมความสวยงามของตัวน้ำตก โดยเดินเท้าผ่านเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติระยะทาง 600 เมตร เหมาะแก่การเล่นน้ำคลายร้อน และศึกษาเรียนรู้ธรรมชาติไปพร้อมๆกัน

The "Khao Lampi - Hat Thai Muang" National Park is one of the more interesting National Parks in Phang-Nga with a rich diversity of natural resources. Attractions include beautiful white sandy beaches and several magnificent waterfalls. The beach area is adjacent to the Andaman Sea and consists of long, straight and peaceful beaches which are an important nesting ground for a variety of sea turtles. This area is especially suitable for those visitors who love privacy, enjoy camping, swimming or just relaxing on the beach. On the northern side, the beach area forms a Cape and is called "Khao Na Yak". The Cape consists of large layered sedimentary rocks with alternating colors which are beautiful and somewhat unearthly. The soft sandy beach immediately next to "Khao Na Yak" is suitable for swimming and relaxing. Nearby "Khao Na Yak" are coastal grasslands which resemble an African savanna. During the months of January and February the grass will transform into a beautiful golden yellow color. On the side of the Lampi Mountain are two large and locally well known waterfalls: the "Lampi" Waterfall and the "Ton Phrai" waterfall. Travelling to these waterfalls is convenient and both waterfalls are set amidst a lush, fertile rainforest. The "Lampi" waterfall has 4 tiers and a large pool at the bottom with plenty of fish. The waterfall is located only a short walking distance away from the National Park Visitor Centre and parking area. The "Ton Phrai" waterfall runs down a huge, 50 meter tall cliff and visitors can reach this waterfall by following a 600 meter long, well marked nature trail with informative signs about the local flora and fauna. This waterfall is an excellent place for swimming, to cool down and for learning about nature at the same time.
