อุทยานแห่งชาติน้ำตกชาติตระการ เดิมชื่อว่า "น้ำตกปากรอง" มีพื้นที่ครอบคลุมทั้งอำเภอชาติตระการและอำเภอนครไทย จังหวัดพิษณุโลก เป็นน้ำตกอีกหนึ่งที่สวยงามของ จ.พิษณุโลก แต่ละชั้นมีความงดงามที่ต่างกันออกไป มี 7 ชั้น และตั้งชื่อตามนามธิดาท้าวสามลในวรรณคดีไทยเรื่องสังข์ทอง มีสภาพเป็นป่าที่อุดมสมบูรณ์และสวยงาม จุดเด่นของที่นี่คือ หน้าผาสูงชันที่มีสีสันผิดแปลก เป็นร่องรอยศิลปยุคแรกของมนุษย์ รอยแกะสลักผากระดานเลข และจุดชมวิวทิวทัศน์บนยอดเขาสูง เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบเดินป่า ศึกษาธรรมชาติ นอกจากนี้ยังมีดอกไม้ พืชป่า หายากให้ชมกันอีกด้วย
