ศูนย์ศึกษาและพัฒนาชุมชนอุดรธานี มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในเขตพื้นที่ 8 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ขอนแก่น บึงกาฬ เลย สกลนคร หนองคาย หนองบัวลำภู และจังหวัดอุดรธานี มีภารกิจหลักคือ ศึกษา วิจัย รูปแบบงานพัฒนาชุมชน ฝึกอบรม ให้บริการการฝึกอบรม แก่กลุ่มองค์กร เครือข่าย เจ้าหน้าที่ทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน ให้มีความรู้ ทักษะ และสามารถเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการแก้ใขปัญหาในชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสนับสนุนการจัดการความรู้ การพัฒนางานด้านวิชาการ และการให้บริการงานด้านวิชาการ รวมถึงปฏิบัติงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือได้รับมอบมาย

Community Development Learning Center – Udonthani The Center is responsible for the eight provinces Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Bueng Kan, Loei, Sakhon Nakhon, Nong Khai, Nong Bua Lamphu, and Udon Thani. Its mission is to perform studies, do research, enhance community development, offer training and training services to organizations of both governmental and private agencies. Its goal is to provide knowledge and skills to be able to effectively take part in solving the problems of the community. The Center's mission is also to provide services to support knowledge-management and academic development, as well as other specifically assigned related tasks.
