Isan Creative Festival 2021 (ISANCF2021) หรือ เทศกาลอีสานสร้างสรรค์ 2564 จะจัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกในระหว่างวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม - 15 สิงหาคม 2564 ภายใต้ธีม “ISAN CROSSING: อีสาน โคตรซิ่ง” ที่สะท้อนความร่วมมือระหว่างเครือข่าย (crossover) เพื่อก้าวข้ามความท้าทายสู่จุดหมาย (crossing) โดยเน้นนำเสนอโครงการและกิจกรรมจากความสร้างสรรค์อันหลากหลายของถิ่นอีสาน (diversity) ในฐานะแพลตฟอร์มกลางที่สร้างโอกาสในการแสดงศักยภาพอย่างมีส่วนร่วมและเท่าเทียม (inclusivity) พร้อมสร้างความเข้มแข็งเพื่อก้าวผ่านและเติบโตต่อไปในอนาคต โดยเทศกาลฯ จะจัดขึ้นในพื้นที่ย่านเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (Creative Economy District) ที่อยู่ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น อาทิ กังสดาล ศรีจันทร์ และพื้นที่อื่นๆ อีก 19 จังหวัดในภาคอีสาน

Isan Creative Festival 2021 is held under the theme of "Isan Crossing" to reflect the combination of Isan cultural assets with creativity, design, and innovation as well as the collaborations of talents with diverse backgrounds of expertise, gender, and core value. The event acts as a creative business networking and idea-exchanging platform for both Isan and non-Isan stakeholders to serve TCDC Khon Kaen's objective as the first Isan creative business incubation center and to celebrate creative cultures of Isan. The audience is to be experienced and inspired by six types of creative activities situated at two main venues of (1) Srichan Creative District and (2) TCDC Khon Kaen - Kungsadan area. The event takes place between 9 July - 15 August 2021.
